Flat Leaf Parsley (Minimum 300g)

One variety of one of Europe’s most popular herbs. While curly parsley is largely used as a garnish, flat leaf has the flavour to hold its own as a seasoning and its slight bitterness brings excellent balance to rich stews and sauces.

Neutralises strong flavours such as those found in garlic, rich cheeses or seafood

Trim the stems and place in a glass about an inch deep with water.
